- There are absolutely No Refunds. At the Managers approval Deposits can be transferred within one Calendar Year of Booking.
- During booking a minimum of 25% to 50% deposits (depending on package) is required to secure catering date. Balance is due 3 weeks prior to scheduled event.
- If any catering service is scheduled less than 3 weeks prior to the event date it must be paid in full unless other arrangements are made during booking.
- Upon Payment each customer receives a detailed invoice/contract. First & Last name, address, phone number & Email must be given during consultation for insurance purposes .
- All Drop-Off caterings have a 1-hour window. We will arrive w/ in 30 mins of catering or no more than 30 min later. Additional fees apply for all deliveries. Clients are more than welcome to pick up from our location.
- We are not responsible for any orders that are picked up from our locations and accidents occur afterwards
- We are not required to provide extra condiments, services, dishes or utensils that are not listed on your invoice. There is an additional fee to drop off and setup your catering buffet, please inquire with us.
- We hold the right to refuse service to any patron, club, organization & ect. for conflict of interest as such as but not limited to, foul language, conflicts with payments, religious rights, promoting/engaging in violence criminal activities, any concerns of personal safety or a violation of our rights.

REFUNDS
There Are absolutely NO Refunds. Deposits can only be transferred.
- A Transfer of Deposit are limited to 1yr of booking date Only.
- If company Cancels service due to company issues a deposit in full will be sent via PayPal or CashApp within 72hrs
- Refunds or transfer of Deposit will not be an option if company policies are violated by the clients or their guest before or during service event
